An iconic chair designed in 1935 for the Lido di Lugano swimming club in Lugano, Switzerland. It was manufactured to this specification until 1946 by Fratelli Giudici, Locarno for Wohnbedarf AG. We can tell this is the first generation chair by the beech arm rests. The chair has red linen fabric and a galvanised frame allowing it to sit inside or outside. The lounger has two positions one that has the chair upright and the second that allows the back rest to fix to the second bar.
